About The Cars.
JS2R was presented on the French Motor Show in 2018 on the occasion of the 50th company’s anniversary. Creators of the new car were inspired by Ligier JS2 which was presented in 1972 and was considered the car with the best power-to-weight ratio at the time with excellent driving dynamics. The car finished second in the 1975 Le Mans 24 hour race in its class. The JS2 R borrowed many design cues from the original JS2 and was also designed to be an easy-to-drive racing car.
